1. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials

2. Booking & Payment

• All bookings are subject to venue availability
• Payment is required at the time of booking
• Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
• Service fees may apply and will be clearly displayed
• You will receive a booking confirmation via email
• Bookings are non-transferable unless approved by the venue owner

3. Cancellation & Refunds

• Full Refund: Cancel 24+ hours before booking time
• 50% Refund: Cancel 12-24 hours before booking time
• No Refund: Cancel less than 12 hours before booking time
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
• Weather-related cancellations follow venue-specific policies
• If venue cancels, you receive a full refund automatically

4. User Conduct

You agree to:

• Arrive on time for your booking
• Respect venue property, staff, and other users
• Follow all venue rules and safety guidelines
• Not engage in any illegal or prohibited activities
• Clean up after yourself
• Report any issues or damages promptly

5. No-Show Policy

• If you don't show up for a booking, no refund will be issued
• Repeated no-shows may result in account suspension
• Contact the venue immediately if you're running late

6. Account Deletion

• You can delete your account at any time from account settings
• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
• You cannot delete your account if you have active bookings
• Outstanding payments must be settled before deletion
• Some data may be retained for legal and accounting purposes

7. Liability & Disclaimers

• We are a platform connecting users with venue owners
• We are not responsible for venue conditions or safety
• We are not liable for injuries or accidents at venues
• We recommend users have appropriate insurance coverage
• Venues are independently operated and responsible for their premises

8. Reviews & Ratings

• Reviews must be honest and based on your experience
• No offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content
• We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate guidelines
• False reviews may result in account termination

9. Disputes

• Contact customer support for any booking-related issues
• We will mediate disputes between users and venue owners
• Resolution timeline is typically 5-7 business days
• Chargebacks should only be filed after contacting support

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these terms of service
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Repeatedly fail to show up for bookings
• Receive multiple complaints from venues
• Use the platform for illegal purposes

11. Changes to Terms

• We may update these terms at any time
• You will be notified of significant changes via email
• Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of new terms
