    Weather & Emergency Situations

    For reschedules due to weather conditions, facility issues, or other emergencies, please contact the venue owner directly. The owner will work with you to find an alternative time slot based on availability.

    • Severe Weather: Heavy rain, storms, flooding, extreme heat
    • Facility Issues: Maintenance problems, safety concerns
    • Technical Problems: Power outages, equipment failure
    • Official Restrictions: Government-imposed limitations or emergencies
    • Health & Safety: Unexpected health issues or accidents

    How to Request Emergency Reschedule

    1. Find the venue owner's phone number on the venue detail page
    2. Contact them as soon as the emergency situation arises
    3. Explain the situation clearly and provide any relevant details
    4. Work with the owner to find an alternative time slot

    Important: Emergency reschedules are handled on a case-by-case basis at the venue owner's discretion. Contact them as soon as possible to increase the likelihood of finding an alternative slot.

    Standard Cancellation Policy

    How Cancellations Work

    Regular cancellations (non-emergency) follow the venue-specific cancellation policy. Each venue sets its own refund tiers based on how far in advance you cancel.

    Typical Refund Structure

    Tier 1: Early Cancellation

    Cancel 24+ hours before booking time

    • No-shows (not canceling) result in no refund
