- Report safety hazards immediately
- Don't engage in dangerous behavior
- Supervise minors at all times
4. Punctuality
- Arrive on time for your booking
- Notify venue if running late
- Respect booking time limits
- Don't overstay your allocated time
5. Honest Reviews
- Base reviews on your actual experience
- Be fair and constructive in feedback
- No offensive or discriminatory language
- Don't post fake or misleading reviews
- Focus on the venue, not personal attacks
Guidelines for Venue Owners
1. Accurate Information
- Provide truthful venue descriptions
- Use current, high-quality photos
- List all available amenities accurately
- Update availability calendar regularly
- Be transparent about any limitations
2. Professional Service
- Respond promptly to inquiries
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Honor all confirmed bookings
- Resolve issues fairly and quickly
- Maintain high cleanliness standards
3. Fair Pricing
- Set reasonable, competitive prices
- No hidden fees or surprise charges
- Honor quoted prices for bookings
- Be transparent about additional costs
4. Safety & Maintenance
- Maintain safe playing conditions
- Keep equipment in good working order
- Perform regular safety inspections
- Address maintenance issues promptly
- Have proper insurance coverage
5. Customer Privacy
- Respect customer information
- Don't contact customers outside platform
- No unauthorized use of customer data

Prohibited Activities
For Everyone:

- Harassment, bullying, or threatening behavior
- Fraudulent or deceptive practices
- Illegal activities of any kind
- Spam or unsolicited commercial messages
- Attempting to circumvent platform fees
- Creating fake accounts or reviews
- Sharing account credentials
Reporting Violations
If you witness or experience guideline violations:
- Report through the platform immediately

- Include screenshots or photos if relevant
- Our team will investigate within 24-48 hours
- You'll receive updates on the resolution
Consequences of Violations
